Shipping information

We are currently offering free shipping options for most member states in the European Union and some additional locations depending on the product type you order.

Sadly we cannot currently offer free options for many other destinations because of freight surcharges related to shipping Lithium batteries and recent price increases from courier services.

The exact shipping rate can be calculated using live shipping rate calculator available in the shopping cart. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout once you enter the shipping address.

In case the shipping rate calculator cannot provide a rate for your country of residence, or should the rates displayed during checkout seem unreasonably high for international shipping, please use the contact form to get in touch with us for additional shipping options.

Please note that your order may be subject to customs or other import taxation if you’re located outside of the European Union! Check with your local authorities. Also, please note that customs processing may take additional time or cause processing surcharges by the carrier. These taxes, fees and charges are your responsibility, and are related to the country to which you are importing.

Delivery time

Items that are in stock are typically shipped within three working days. Depending on the type of service, delivery can take between one and twenty days for remote locations.

All Keybrick orders containing a Lithium Ion Battery have to be shipped with courier services. We are currently working with these logistics partners:

  • DHL (Germany and parts of Europe)
  • DHL Express (worldwide)
  • DPD (Germany and parts of Europe)
  • TNT (worldwide)
  • UPS (worldwide)
  • GLS (worldwide)

Unless you are offered to choose an option during checkout, the choice of courier service remains ours.

For orders shipped under Free Shipping we will select an appropriate carrier depending on the order content.

Return to sender packages

Sometimes packages get returned to us. This can happen for many reasons, depending on which additional charges can apply for your order, for example:

  • entering wrong or incomplete shipping addresses during the checkout
  • failing to collect the package with the courier in-time
  • customs refuse shipment for any reason

We will offer to send you the package again (adding the cost of re-shipping plus any incurred charges) or a refund of your order (deduct of any incurred charges) as soon as we receive the package. We will hold your order for the duration of 5 working days before cancellation and refund (deduct of any incurred charges) of your order.
